ZALO MINI APP - INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY YOUTH UNION: EFFECTIVE INFORMATION CONNECTION FOR UNION MEMBERS AND YOUTH

Abstract

The dissemination of information from educational institutions to students continues to be a struggle for many schools in the modern era. Therefore, the purpose of our proposed system is to accomplish the objective of providing students with a method that is both speedy and convenient for getting information from the school in order to overcome this limitation. Through the utilization of Zalo Mini App technology, the system was built to maximize the utilization of both the institution's time and resources, as well as those of the students. The Youth Union of the International University - National University, Ho Chi Minh City sees the potential of this platform and presents an effective information connection application that is called the IU Youth Mini App, which is made possible by the platform's ease. This application makes use of the React technology to automatically update information from the school's website. Additionally, it gives students on Zalo with immediate notifications and events pertaining to the school. A consequence of this system is that the information is completely up to date and accurate from the perspective of the school, while also supporting students in gaining access to other essential information such as grades and other details. To sum up, the system has successfully reached its primary objective and provided substantial advantages to both the students and the institution.
