PROMOTING THE ROLE OF POLITICAL THEORY LECTURERS IN EDUCATING AND TRAINING POLITICAL COURAGE FOR STUDENTS AT VIETNAM MARITIME UNIVERSITY

Abstract


Political theory education plays a crucial role in shaping students' political awareness and bravery. In recent years, although the work of educating and training political courage for students at Vietnam Maritime University has achieved positive results, the change has not been strong and clear. After conducting pedagogical observation and sociological investigation, it has been found that although most students recognize the importance of studying political theory subjects, a significant portion lacks interest. So how to promote better the role of political theory lecturers, who have the most direct impact on the educational process and the development of political bravery for students? On the basis of clarifying the current situation and results of the process of educating and training political bravery for students in recent years, the author proposes implementing several solutions simultaneously to increase the awareness, responsibilities, capacity levels and changing skills and behaviors of political theory lecturers to enhance the quality of education and training of political bravery for students at Vietnam Maritime University and contribute to the development of a brave young generation in Vietnam.
