Tóm tắt

Đảng bộ tỉnh Tuyên Quang trên cơ sở quán triệt chủ trương của Đảng, căn cứ vào đặc điểm của địa phương, đã đề ra các chủ trương nhằm phát triển du lịch trở thành ngành kinh tế quan trọng của tỉnh. Để thực hiện mục tiêu đó, một trong những giải pháp được Đảng bộ tỉnh quan tâm chỉ đạo thực hiện là phát triển nguồn nhân lực du lịch. Bài báo này sử dụng phương pháp chủ yếu là phương pháp lịch sử và phương pháp logic, để làm rõ chủ trương, sự chỉ đạo của Đảng bộ tỉnh Tuyên Quang đối với phát triển nguồn nhân lực du lịch từ năm 2010 đến năm 2023. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy trong hơn 10 năm (2010 – 2023), Đảng bộ tỉnh Tuyên Quang đã đề ra các chủ trương phù hợp, chỉ đạo phát triển nguồn nhân lực du lịch. Nhờ đó, nhân lực du lịch của tỉnh đã từng bước được tăng lên về số lượng, nâng cao về chất lượng, góp phần đáp ứng nhu cầu phát triển du lịch của tỉnh, thúc đẩy du lịch Tuyên Quang ngày càng phát triển.
