Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu khoa học là một trong những nhiệm vụ quan trọng của giảng viên tại các cơ sở giáo dục đại học. Các công trình nghiên cứu khoa học công bố quốc tế lập chỉ mục trong các tạp chí thuộc Scopus/WoS là một trong những căn cứ quan trọng để đánh giá nhiệm vụ của giảng viên theo quy định, là tiêu chí để Hội đồng Giáo sư nhà nước xét công nhận đạt tiêu chuẩn chức danh Phó giáo sư và Giáo sư hàng năm, là tiêu chí xếp hạng các trường đại học trong hệ thống giáo dục đại học trong nước, khu vực và quốc tế. Bài báo sử dụng các phương pháp nghiên cứu thống kê, mô tả, phân tích tổng hợp, logic – lịch sử nhằm nghiên cứu về tạo động lực công bố quốc tế Scopus/WoS đối với giảng viên các trường đại học ở Việt Nam hiện nay. Trong phạm vi nghiên cứu, bài báo làm rõ một số vấn đề lý luận, phân tích thực trạng và đề xuất một số giải pháp cơ bản về tạo động lực công bố quốc tế Scopus/Wos đối với giảng viên các trường đại học ở Việt Nam hiện nay, góp phần nâng tầm vị thế của các cơ sở giáo dục đại học ở Việt Nam hiện nay trong phạm vi khu vực và quốc tế.
