Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu là khảo sát mức độ tuân thủ thuốc và các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới việc tuân thủ thuốc ở bệnh nhân đái tháo đường điều trị tại Bệnh viện Đại học Y Dược Buôn Ma Thuột. Nghiên cứu được tiến hành theo phương pháp mô tả cắt ngang với cỡ mẫu 552 bệnh nhân. Mức độ tuân thủ thuốc của bệnh nhân được đánh giá theo bộ câu hỏi Morisky-8, các yếu tố ảnh hưởng được đánh giá bằng phép kiểm chi bình phương hoặc Spearman's rank correlation coefficient. Kết quả thu được cho thấy đa số bệnh nhân có giới tính nữ (53,44%), độ tuổi chủ yếu nằm trong khoảng 50 – 70 tuổi (65,94%), trình độ học vấn chiếm đa số là trung học cơ sở (40,04%). Các bệnh nhân trong mẫu nghiên cứu đều có mức độ tuân thủ về lối sống ở mức độ cao (> 70%), bệnh mắc kèm nhiều nhất là rối loạn lipid máu (57,61%) và bệnh nhân có thời gian mắc bệnh dưới 5 năm chiếm tỷ lệ nhiều nhất (65,68%). Tỷ lệ tuân thủ sử dụng thuốc (trung bình, tốt) là 77,35%, các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới tuân thủ thuốc có ý nghĩa thống kê (p < 0,05) bao gồm: giới tính, độ tuổi, uống rượu, hiểu được tư vấn về phác đồ điều trị, bệnh thận mạn, rối loạn lipid máu và thời gian mắc bệnh.
