Abstract


A study was implemented in Meo Vac district, Ha Giang province for effectiveness evaluation of agricultural land use for tourism at stop points. The study used a method of collecting secondary data from the local authorities and collected primary data by surveying 90 households using land at 3 stopovers in the district. The result showed that: There are currently 4 types of crops, corresponding to 3 types of land use. In which, there  are two land use types: LUT for Spring-summer corn - Buckwheat and LUT for Spring-summer corn - Autumn-winter corn - soysauce would get highest benefit. The result also highlight that cultivate Buckwheat gained highest social - economic and environment effectiveness with capital efficiency is 10.0 times, working day value was 666,600 VND/day. These land use types are suitable with local weather conditions and play an importance role in soil reclamation, beautiful scene decoration for tourism development and environmental protection.
