Tóm tắt
Sau Chiến tranh Lạnh, quan hệ Ấn Độ-Nga đã vận động với những sắc thái mới dưới sự tác động của nhiều yếu tố khách quan và chủ quan. Dựa trên phương pháp lịch sử, logic, phân tích địa-chính trị, bài viết sẽ làm rõ một trong những yếu tố quan trọng tác động liên tục, xuyên suốt và sâu sắc đến quan hệ Ấn Độ-Nga giai đoạn 1991-1999, đó là yếu tố Mỹ. Với vị trí là siêu cường số một thế giới, Mỹ là chủ thể đóng vai trò quan trọng trong quan hệ Ấn Độ-Nga. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, qua từng thời điểm lịch sử, tác động của nhân tố Mỹ đến quan hệ Ấn Độ-Nga mang tính hai mặt: vừa gây trở ngại cho quan hệ của họ nhưng vừa thúc đẩy họ gắn kết nhau. Điều đó chính là biểu hiện cụ thể của tư duy lợi ích dân tộc, nhất là lợi ích dân tộc nước lớn và sự tác động đa chiều, mang tính chi phối lẫn nhau của tình hình chính trị thế giới sau Chiến tranh Lạnh.
