Abstract


The article answers the question: To what extent is the implementation of autonomy in preschool education in Thai Binh province? It can be seen that autonomy in preschool education is one of the development trends in the current period. The Government has a policy to encourage educational institutions to step by step become self-reliant in expertise and personnel; to be self-sufficient in assets and finance in order to make Vietnam's preschool education market grow continuously, to meet the parents' demand for early childhood high-quality education, as well as to reduce the overload in public preschool institutions. The study used the method of researching rationale, the writer studies legal documents; analyzes documents on management and autonomy; with the method of synthesis, statistics. The article focuses on the following main contents: an overview of governance, autonomy and self-responsibility in schools; analysis of the implementation of autonomy in administering preschool education institutions in Thai Binh province. Thereby, the study proposes  recommending effective ways of innovating the administration of preschool education institutions in Thai Binh province in the current period.
