Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the applicability of the photogrammetry method in recreating historical artifacts at the My Son Museum in 3D models. By implementing photogrammetry theory, collecting and analyzing images, as well as conducting experiments, the research aims to refine the process of applying this technology in the field of cultural heritage preservation. The research results provide in-depth knowledge about photogrammetry and highlight the advantages of this technology in recreating historical artifacts. Additionally, the 3D models can be used to study, analyze, and effectively promote cultural heritage. The research then proposes a practical process for applying photogrammetry in recreating historical artifacts at the My Son Museum. This process includes steps such as image data collection, data processing and integration, 3D model creation, and model publishing. This process contributes to providing an effective solution for preserving and promoting cultural heritage, meeting the research, learning, and historical exploration needs of scientists, scholars, and the public.
