Abstract


This study aims to evaluate the current status of management of career guidance experience activities of students in high schools in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City. To find out this situation, we conducted a survey in 5 high schools and used questionnaire survey methods in depth interview method, mathematical statistical method, using SPSS 22.0 software to calculate average score, ranking order and standard deviation. The results of the status survey we are processed according to a 5-level Likert scale, interview results were coded for analysis and evaluation. From analyzing the current research situation, it shows that there are still many inadequacies in management work,  from the awareness of the importance of managing experiential and career activities to the implementation of inadequate management functions  the average score of the survey results obtained is mainly at level 2, the level of "Less responsive". The results of this study are the basis for high schools in District 3, Ho Chi Minh City to propose appropriate management measures to meet the education quality goals according to the 2018 general education program.
