EVALUATING ENGLISH TEACHING METHODS USED IN THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY OF MEDICINE AND PHARMACY

Abstract


With the main aim to describe English teaching methods used in Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy and evaluate the application of these method, the research used descriptive method and investigating method to study  English teaching methods used in Thai Nguyen University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Teachers of English in Departement of Foreign languages , Freshman students and second – year - student in TUMP. The results of the study showed that all the teachers of English at TUMP applied communicative language teaching method, created active learning environment and increased students’ motivation and participation in learning activities.
