This study has evaluated the actual situation of product consumption in Diem Thuy Tunnel Brick Co., Ltd. through secondary data and customers survey by questionnaires. The reality shows that the company's products are appreciated in high quality by the majority of customers, quatity and sales revenue are tending to increase gradually. However, the market of the company is still narrow, the level of competition in this market is increasingly fierce in price and models, the distribution is still limited. After synthesizing and analyzing, the research has proposed a number of solutions and recommendations to improve product quality, improve price policy, sales force, sales promotion activities, distribution channels, open wide market and customers to promote the consumption of products at Diem Thuy Tunnel Brick Co., Ltd in the near future.
