NGUYEN TRAI IDEOLOGY ABOUT RESPONSIBILITY OF AUTHORITY TOWARD PEOPLE AND ITS MEANING IN BUILDING OFFICIERS, PARTY MEMBERS CURRENTLY

Abstract

The responsibility of Government over its citizens is an important content in the ideological heritage of Nguyen Trai. However, this content has not been fully exploited yet. This article contributes to clarify that thought; at the same time assessing the meaning of thought on the issue of building a contingent of cadres and party members in our country today. The results are manly due to the study of Nguyen Trai’s works. In addition, the assessment based on collecting relevant information in historical documents, confucianism and other articles. According to Nguyen Trai, the Government need to fulfill the responsibility of people care, people education and security of people. In the current situation, this idea still contains reasonable values to be acquired in order to build exemplary cadres and Communist party members.
