EFFICIENT USE OF INVESTMENT CAPITAL SOURCES IN AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION IN PHU BINH DISTRICT, THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE PERIOD 2015 - 2017. DEVELOPMENT ORIENTATION TO 2020

Abstract

Effective use of investment capital in agricultural production to bring high economic efficiency to Phu Binh district is what district leaders always aim to. The author studies this issue in order to promote the achievements that Phu Binh district has achieved and provide solutions to use more efficient sources of resources in agricultural production in the district. For the purpose of this article, the author has used some research methods such as: Field method, Collecting documents, methods of investigation... Through research The author have been detected that, in the period of 2015-2017 background Phu Binh district agriculture had achieved remarkable achievements thanks to good use of investment capital. However, the agricultural sector of the district is still limited, such as agricultural production is still small and fragmented, the price of agricultural products is unstable. The situation of being devalued often occurs, the infrastructure is still difficult and not synchronized... Hence, the effective use of investment capital for agricultural production in the district in the current period this is urgent and that also is the goal that the article is mentioned.
