THE ROLE OF THE POLITICAL THEORY LECTURES IN THE INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION 4.0 IN VIETNAM

Abstract

Political theory science has been taught in universities and colleges in Vietnam in the form of subjects from the 50s of the last century. Since 2008, political theory has become the common name of the subjects, including: Principles of Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh's Thought and Revolutionary ways of the Communist Party of Vietnam. In the context of industrial revolution 4.0, in order to match the requirements of practice, political theory science needs certain changes. The article mention the role of political theory lecturers in renovating content and methods of teaching political theory subjects. By the methods of analysis: logic combined with history, statistics, synthesis of comparisons, the author gives new points in the role of political theory lecturer and suggest some solutions to promote the role of political theory lecturers in the context of industrial revolution 4.0. The article is not only theoretical meaning but also has great practical implications for improving the quality of teaching political theory subjects in Vietnam today.
