Abstract
In the context of education renovation with requirements of high quality human resources and international integration, teacher education institutions need to renew training programs and training models. The paper presents some measures to enhance teacher education institutions’ capacity such as improving lecturers’ competencies, administration renovation and developing creative tertirary education environment. The paper also proposes some conditions for restructuring teacher education institutions and their system so that the training outcomes could meet the demand of labor maket as well as general education curricula and textbooks renovation.
