THE BUILDING OF A CONTINGENT OF ETHNIC MINORITY – PRACTICAL OFFICIALS IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Abstract

The building of the contingent of ethnic minority officials occupies an especially important position in the leadership function of the Party Committee of Thai Nguyen province through historical periods in order to realize the common development goals as well as to gradually narrow the distance between regions in the province. By historical and logical methods combined with statistics, synthesis, analysis, comparison, the author of the article mentions the process of building a contingent of ethnic minority officials in Thai Nguyen province. Since then, the article draws some experiences in building and developing ethnic minority cadres such as: Fully aware of the position and role of ethnic minority cadres in the process of socio-economic development, maintaining security, politics and social order in the locality. The development of ethnic minority cadres must stem from political tasks and characteristics of each locality and the well performing the planning of ethnic minority cadres in all levels, sectors and fields.
