MANIPULATING HO CHI MINH'S MODEL IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PRINCIPLE OF DEMOCRACY CONCENTRATION INTO THE DEVELOPMENT OF VIETNAMESE COMMUNIST PARTY

Abstract

Researching and applying Ho Chi Minh style in implementing the principle of democratic centralism is one of the solutions to promote the development for the entire Party organization and each cadre and party member. Studying the process of political activities, speeches and articles of President Ho Chi Minh, we can summarize the basic contents of Ho Chi Minh style in implementing the principle of democratic centralism such as: Ho Chi Minh always emphasizes and requires each cadre and party member to practice the principle of democratic centralism regardless of any position; emphasizes and promote the leading role of the group and organization on the basis of respecting the opinions of each cadre and party member; always pay attention to ensuring the balance between democracy and concentration, without emphasizing any single factor. Manipulating Ho Chi Minh style in implementing the principle of democratic focus on Party building requires the Party to raise the awareness of cadres and party members about the importance and content of the principle of democratic centralism ; thoroughly grasping Ho Chi Minh's style in practicing the principle of democratic centralism; continue to build and perfect guidelines, policies and regulations in order to effectively implement the principle of democratic centralism; uphold the role of exemplary method in thoroughly implementing the principle of democratic centralism.
