Abstract
Together with the development of the World tourism industry, Vietnam's tourism industry has been thriving, contributing increasingly to the economy. Bringing the application of geographic information technology in the tourism services industry has been taken from the world soon. Lao Cai is a province with many strengths in which the potential for tourism development is very large, in recent years the tourism contribution has brought large revenues to Lao Cai province. Research "to build a general database for tourism development in Lao Cai Province by GIS and remote sensing. Have gathered and categorized the natural ecological tourist attractions, festivals and cultural features in the province of Lao Cai. From there, the perfect editor is the potential general database of Lao Cai Province tourism (including all tourist sites that are built in spatial data and attributes). DATABASE is directed to the application for managers and for users.
