Abstract


Develop teacher training programs is one of the important solutions to innovate and develop education in the current context. To train teachers to meet the requirements of high school education innovation, pedagogical universities need to comprehensively renovate in terms of objectives, program content, teaching methods, exams, tests, and assessments...This article introduces some basic issues about teachers’ training program development. The results are obtained by synthesizing theory and practice of curriculum development at the University of Education - Thai Nguyen University. The study aimed at identifying the process and content of developing teacher training programs is crucial in education development, contributing to improving the quality of human resources training to meet social needs.
