Abstract
The study was conducted on the basis of understanding land policies and legislation, state management on land, specially, regulations of granting certificates land use right, ownership of houses and assets attached to the land. The authors collected documents, data and analyzed the real situations in Cam Pha city to get an overview of land registration, granting of land use right certificates, ownership of houses and other assets attached to the land. By analyzing the impact factors on granting of land use right certificates, ownership of houses and other assets attached to the land, the advantages and disadvantages in the registration of certification were given. The research results will be bases of proposing solutions to improve the effectiveness of land registration and granting landuse certification in the research area.
