Abstract
The theory and practice have shown that in order to maintain and strengthen the Party's leadership in the context of the ruling Party, the Party is indispensable not only in terms of politics, ideology, organization, and morality but also must have a scientific leadership method, which allows to plan the right viewpoints, guidelines and ideologies and be able to bring those ideas and policies into life, turning them into bright creative actions. Therefore, the discussion of the Party's leadership has been clarified by many scientific works, but there has been no direct research on the Party's leadership method in the period of 1945 - 1951. By analyzing and synthesizing research issues, we went into a general outline of some basic leadership methods of the Party to see that, research issues of particular importance are a vital issue. and of the Party and the regime in order to realize the goal of national independence and socialism.
