THE TRADE UNION OF VIETNAM DANCE ACADEMY LEARNING AND FOLLOWING HO CHI MINH’S THOUGHT IN THIS CURRENT PERIOD

Abstract

This article will systematize Ho Chi Minh's most basic views on trade unions, achievements and limitations in the operation process of the Vietnam Dance Academy Union. The results are obtained by summarizing, analyzing, processing and selecting Ho Chi Minh's views on trade unions published in scientific books, newspapers and journals. Ho Chi Minh through his articles, speeches specifically mentioned the position, role, importance, functions, tasks and ways of operation of this organization. Over the past 60 years, the Trade Union organization of the Vietnam Dance Academy has been studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thoughts about trade unions, which are frequently strengthened, showing their importance in all fields. The basic views of Ho Chi Minh on the union and the results of applying that view into the practices of the Vietnam Dance Academy Union are meant as a basic systematic study of Ho Chi Minh's views on  trade unions, as a reference for in-depth study of trade unions as well as trade union organizations and individuals applying for their union work.
