Abstract
According to President Ho Chi Minh, there is a close relationship between politics and morality. Inside, morality should be the root, the background of the politician. Building a politics associated with morality is one of Ho Chi Minh's ultimate desires. The teachings of Ho Chi Minh on the construction of the revolutionary police must always be thoroughly in every officer and soldier - especially the thought of building a moral politics is shown in the late work of President Ho Chi Minh. Based on the methodological views of Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh ideology, policies and guidelines of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the author focused on analyzing the content of moral politics attached to President Ho Chi Minh’s Testament. Thereby, the author proposes a number of solutions to thoroughly understand the content of politics associated with morality for students of People's Public Security schools.
