AN ANALYSIS ON INVESTMENT CLIMATE IN THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF ADMINISTRATIVE REFORM

Abstract


In recent years, Thai Nguyen province has made efforts to implement policies to improve the investment climate and achieved remarkable results in attracting investment. To reach this achievement, the province has implemented administrative reform in all areas to create an enable environment for enterprises. Using descriptive method, this paper aims to evaluate the results of investment attraction in Thai Nguyen province and to analyze changes from the perspective of administrative reform over the period 2016-2018. The results reveal that administrative mordernization and the quality of civil servants are still barriers in the reform process of Thai Nguyen province. In the future, the province should consistently improve the business environment, create a more equal environment for all economic sectors to develop harmoniously.
