FACTORS AFFECTING THE ACCESS TO FORMAL CREDIT OF INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS HOUSEHOLDS IN CAN THO CITY

Abstract


The research is subjected to analyze the factors affecting the access to formal credit of individual business households in Can Tho City, measuring the impact and importance of factors on capital, used data collection methods through the questionnaire survey with a sample size of 200 business households in Can Tho city. Using statistical methods of description and logit regression analysis, the research results show that there are five factors affecting the access of formal credit of individual business households in Can Tho City: total assets, household seniority, associate with the bank, average household income and loan period. The factors are statistically significant and achieving high reliability.
