Abstract


The establishment of a system of assessing the physical fitness of students is of high theoretical and practical significance, serving as a basis for developing training programs suitable to the subjects of education, contributing to improving the quality of amount of physical education in particular and the school's training in general. We used the basic research methods to select 8 tests to assess the fitness level with sufficient reliability and notification for the study subjects, while developing classification standards, grading scales as well as General transcript of evaluation of fitness level for male students of Foreign Language Department - Thai Nguyen University.
