Abstract

The aim of the paper is to study and evaluate the views of the previous research authors, and then propose a more comprehensive approach to the social responsibility implementation of universities. The methods applied includes synthesizing and interpreting the views of previous authors on research topics, documents, textbooks, then criticizing and offering a new, more complete approach to the research problem. A new definition of university’s social responsibility as well as content and methods to measure its results would be given. The paper also identifies the tasks that the parties concerned must perform and determines the conditions necessary for them to ensure the performance of those tasks.
