SOME THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ISSUES ON INVESTMENT ENCOURGEMENT OF NON – STATE ENTERPRISES AND LESSONS FOR THAI NGUYEN PROVINCE

Business investment plays a very important role in the economy. Thai Nguyen has 96.2% non-state enterprises and more than 95% of them are small and medium-sized enterprises, but the capital for business development has not invested strongly. In recent years, the province has many guidelines and policies to encourage all economic sectors to invest to promote economic growth. However, the development of components do not commensurate with the available potentials. By collecting information from published documents such as magazines, statistical books, specialized newspapers and descriptive statistics, the article has focused on clarifying some concepts and theories related to investment decisions of businesses. On a practical basis, a system of 7 lessons learned for Thai Nguyen province, thereby the province will have feasible and effective solutions to create favorable conditions to promote businesses to strongly invest capital to expand scale, develop production and business in the future.
