SOLUTIONS FOR IMPROVING THE ONLINE NEWSPAPER’S MESSAGE ON THE NORTHWEST IMAGE FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF DEVELOPMENT COMMUNICATION

The paper introduces the results of recent research with the aims to: (1) Research, survey and evaluate the situation as well as the impact of online newspaper’s newspaper on the Northwest sustainable development. (2) Propose orientations and solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of online newspaper’s messages on the Northwest sustainable development. The researching method includes: history researching & secondary documents using, content analyzing. Moreover, development communication model was applied to analyze 619 news, articles published in several internet newspapers. The results show that the Northwest image appears faintly in online newspapers. The online newspapers are focusing more on the difficulties and inadequacies of the Northwest, but less on the contents of its investment guidelines, potentials and development strengths. The forms of information are monotonous, mostly in written words, very few tables, diagrams, graphs illustrating... Based on the results, the authors have proposed solutions to improve quality and efficiency of media activities for the sustainable development of the Northwest region.
