Abstract
Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province is a locality with a relatively fast urbanization rate, and has had strong impacts on the lives of people in the area. By using a combination of historical, logical, analytical, general, sociological, cartographic and mathematical methods... with two types of data: secondary and primary, the study shows that The urbanization process has led to changes in the occupation structure, income, housing and urban landscape of Pho Yen town in general and the lives of people in particular. Based on the analysis of the impact of urbanization development on the life of Pho Yen town, Thai Nguyen province, this article proposes a number of solutions to improve the quality of life of people in the area in the context of strong today.
