Abstract

Currently, searching for land information in Hoang Van Thu Ward, Thai Nguyen City still faces difficulties. Making it easy for people to access land information and avoid transactional losses requires an accurate land management database. This research uses the method of surveying, collecting data on maps, land prices, planning reports..., the method of making land price maps using MapInfor (GIS) software, analyzing and updating numbers. attribute data by GIS software. The research results have built a land price map of Hoang Van Thu ward, attribute database: Number of sheets, number of plots, area, roads, state price, market price, management system, supply land and real estate information.
