CHALLENGES ON FINANCIAL AUTONOMY AT REGIONAL UNIVERSITY, THAI NGUYEN UNIVERSITY

The paper aims to evaluate and propose solutions to overcome the challenges of autonomy at the Regional University, Thai Nguyen University. The research method used was a method of collecting - summarizing - analyzing and processing secondary information from data of Financial Planning Department - Thai Nguyen University. The research results have brought out seven main solutions: Solutions on organizational structure; Planning work; Strategic work; Training Plan; Internal spending mechanism; Education propaganda and supervision work.
