THE VALUES OF LAND RESOURCES OF THE PEARL HERITAGE OF HOANG SU PHI, HA GIANG BY TIME OF FORMATION

Heritage of terraced fields Hoang Su Phi is a national monument in Ha Giang province. This heritage has an important role in socio-economic development as well as cultural values of the province. Therefore, it is necessary to assess the status of environmental values, especially the value of land resources, as a basis for proposing solutions for the sustainable exploitation and conservation of this heritage. In 2019, the research project on the value of land resources of the Hoang Su Phi terraced field heritage has conducted research on 6 main areas and each sampling site repeated for analysis in 2 sub-areas according to the time shown: To: <10 years, 10 - 20 years, 20 - 30 years, 30 - 40 years, 40 - 50 years and > 50 years. The results of the research on the soil fertility properties of the terraced fields of the monument with the formation time from under 10 years to over 50 years show that the longer the formation process, especially from 30 years onwards, the The maturity of rice land becomes clearer and reaches the standard of rice field land with high and stable productivity. From this assessment, it is proposed to propose solutions for the sustainable exploitation and conservation of land values of terraced field heritage.
