Black Ginseng (Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl), belonging to the family of Scrophulariaceae, is a medicinal plant originating from China. The extract of its root has antibacterial properties and should be used as an antipyretic, anti-inflammatory, treatment of rosacea, pharyngitis, laryngitis, stomatitis, gingivitis, conjunctivitis, constipation. Nowadays, Northern Ginseng medicinal herbs are imported from China, so research on seed production and cultivation is very necessary. The experiments on the seasonal effects, density and distance, fertilizer, seed treatment method were arranged according to the method of complete randomization (RCBD), 3 replicates. Research results show that before sowing, Black Ginseng seeds should be processed by soaking seeds in warm water for at least 4 hours, the reasonable season for sowing Black Ginseng seeds is November of solar calendar and the appropriate amount of fertilizer is 12,000 kg of manure + 800 kg of NPK (5: 10: 3: 8).
