Abstract


The performance of the employee is an important goal in business management. As it allows businesses to have a clear, long-term view of the performance of their employees as well as their operating units. A technique that businesses now use to evaluate the performance of both employees and management units is the use of a management information system based on Key Performance Indicators - KPIs. This research aims to analyze, design and evaluate the operational efficiency of the information system on business performance indicators in the field of software design, construction, and e-commerce business. The system is researched and developed for application. The product is management software. The system will statistics the corresponding KPIs of each employee. Based on those KPIs, the manager makes necessary assessments for each employee: Exceed KPIs, Achieved KPIs, Failed KPIs, thereby giving appropriate decisions. The KPIs system is integrated with the EMS internal management system and tested at EXP technology development and services CO., LTD, Thai Nguyen. The system works effectively and the KPI statistics are reported daily.
