SOLUTIONS TO ENHANCE JOB SATISFACTION AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT IN LIFE INSURANCE COMPANIES IN HA NOI, VIET NAM

This paper evaluated the level of staffs based on the perception of managers and emloyees in Life Insurance Companies in Ha Noi, Vietnam. Factors include: Income, Training – Promotion, Leader, Colleague, Job characteristics, Welfare, Monitoring and Communication information for job satisfaction. Factors include effor, pride and loyalty for employee engagement. Further, the paper used descriptive statistics and statistical tools to evaluate fully. Based on these analyses, the paper proposed value recommendations and solutions for Life Insurance companies in Ha Noi, Vietnam to enhance job satisfaction and employee engagement to help them grow up in the future.
