The study was conducted to determine the relationship between the entrepreneurial competencies and enterprises’ performance of entrepreneurs who graduated from the collaborative programs of Southern Luzon State University and Thai Nguyen University in Vietnam. Through a survey with 50 entrepreneurs and 370 their subordinates using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the author suggested that knowledge, skills, and attitude of entrepreneurs have positive effects on the enterprises’ performance. As a result, in order to improve the performance of their enterprises, the research proposed the entrepreneurs’ need to strive to cultivate knowledge, practice skills and have appropriate attitudes in the process of executing and governing the enterprise.
