FACTORS AFFECTING KNOWLEDGE SHARING AT DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION OF VIETNAM

Knowledge sharing is one of the inseparable factors that is extremely important to organizations. Knowledge is always considered as an intangile asset of organizations, especially cadres and staff at Deposit Insurance Corporation of Vietnam. As the corporation needs a lot of employees having practical experience and extensive expertise, it is essential for the staff to continue improving their knowledge and skills. Under the dissertation “Knowledge Sharing at Deposit Insurance Corporation of Vietnam”, the author’s purpose was to investigate the current situation of knowledge sharing and clearly define the factors affecting knowledge sharing process. The study uses the quantitative methodology with SPSS software to analyze the collected data. The respondents in this study were 272 managers and employees working at the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Vietnam. Analysis of the Conbach's Alpha coefficient, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and this below result is the regression analysis which were used to evaluate the scale and verify given hypotheses. The study’s results showed that knowledge sharing of staff at the Deposit Insurance Corporation of Vietnam was affected by Reciprocal Benefits; Incentives of Organizations; Organizational Culture; Enjoyment in helping others; Enhancement to Reputation; Tools and Technology and Loss of Knowledge Power.
