JOB SATISFACTION OF MILLENNIALS IN HAIPHONG ENTERPRISES

Abstract


As millennials continue to join the workforce in droves, enterprises must be ready to work with these young people, whose values differ greatly from their generational predecessors. In order to maintain employee retention and productivity while improving company services, enterprises must understand the importance of the millennial generation workforce. This study attempted to determine job satisfaction of millennials in Haiphong Enterprises as a basis for organization development interventions. It described the characteristics of millennials working in Haiphong Enterprise, and evaluated the level of job satisfaction of millennials in Haiphong Enterprises. And specifically, it aimed to propose program for working millennials in Haiphong city. The issue revolved around the millennials. The criteria used to measure the problems that millennials are concerned about are: their income, the nature of the work, the means of their work, the safety of their work, etc.The findings were achieved from theoretical study and surveys, which were  reliable and feasible to apply in the current enterprises in Haiphong city.
