Abstract


Innovating the management of self-assessment of education quality at high schools in Quang Hoa district, Cao Bang province is a necessary requirement, helping the school determine the correct status and level of meeting educational targets, from which the school is going to build an improvement plan to gradually enhance the quality of education. The article shows the most basic information about the current situation of managing the self-assessment activities, some factors affecting self-assessment activities at 04 high schools: Quang Uyen school, Phuc Hoa school, Dong Da school, and Cach Linh school in Quang Hoa district, Cao Bang province. Based on theoretical research, analysis, and synthesis of a direct questionnaire for 120 managers, teachers, and employees who have participated in self-assessment activities. The results of the study contribute to systematization theoretical issues that further clarify the theoretical basis for the management of self-assessment activities in high schools, thereby proposing measures to improve the quality of self-assessment activities at high schools in Cao Bang province. The information can be used as a reference for high schools in the area.
