STUDENT SATISFACTION PARTICIPATION IN COMMUNITY LEARNING TOURISM ACTIVITIES IN HOA BAC COMMUNE, HOA VANG DISTRICT, DA NANG CITY

Abstract


This study aims to assess the satisfaction of students participating in community learning tourism activities in the two villages of Ta Lang and Gian Bi in Hoa Bac commune, Hoa Vang district, Da Nang city. The qualitative method was used to collect information, fieldwork, and interview experts in combination with the quantitative method for analyzing data from constructed surveys. The results show that the factors affecting community learning tourism include: (1) Content and organization, (2) Evaluation results, (3) Service, and (4) Motivation to participate. Most of the factors achieved satisfaction with the overall satisfaction index. From the above results, the study proposes a number of solutions to build a complete model of community learning tourism which is the basis for further experimental conduct to develop a new type of tourism for students and tourists in need, contributing to improving community livelihoods and sustainable development in Hoa Bac commune in particular and expanding development in other localities.
