Abstract

This year celebrates the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea. After 30 years, diplomatic relations between Vietnam and South Korea have developed rapidly in many fields, in which education and training has achieved significant accomplishments and played an important role. It is also expected to bring this partnership to a comprehensive strategic partnership in the near future. Based on analyzing the favorable contexts, the outstanding achievements, and the challenges to the relationship between two countries over the past 30 years, the author seeks to propose some method to strengthen and enrich the partnership between Vietnam and RoK in the coming time. This research used the following methods such as historical research, data collection, analysis, synthesis, comparison, qualitative and quantitative research methods.
