Abstract


Online teaching, also known as E-learning, is a form of teaching and learning in classrooms on the Internet. Teachers and learners will use online learning platform software, audio and image transmission applications and smart devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets,...). Lectures and documents (in the form of text, images, videos...) are posted on the platforms and users can easily access and learn anytime, anywhere. In the current context, like many educational institutions in the country, the University of Education - Thai Nguyen University has implemented online teaching for students. By using research methods such as qualitative research, meta-analysis, statistics, sampling survey and synthesis of data, the author has shown the effects of online teaching, the current situation of online teaching political theory subjects for students University of Education - Thai Nguyen University and proposed some solutions to improve the quality of online teaching political theory subjects for students at this university. The article has great practical significance in the context of teaching to meet new normal conditions at the University of Education in particular, and universities in Thai Nguyen University in general.
