Abstract

In the context of rapid changes in the world geo-political environment, the India-Russia relationship in the period 1991-2010 has shown that this is a special relationship. Its special nature is not only reflected by its constant stability, almost no strategic conflicts, but also by the role and impact of this relationship with the movement and formation of the new world order. So, what role has the India-Russia linkage played in promoting the trend of world multipolarization? Based on historical methods, logical methods and theories of foreign policy change models, this article will clarify the role of shaping the multipolar world order of India-Russia relations. The research results show that the relationship between the two countries plays an important role in changing the balance of power, balancing the world's power centers, gradually breaking the unipolar position, trying to determine the balance of the multipolar world order which has existed for the sake of peace and human progress.
