Abstract

According to researchers, there are many different factors that affect visiting and returning to a certain tourist destination. The purpose of the paper is to verify whether there is a difference in satisfaction between domestic tourists visiting and revisiting Da Nang and find the answer to the question "what makes them choose or come back?". In terms of methodology, a questionnaire was used to collect information about the demographic characteristics of respondents, survey why they chose Da Nang for their trip, and survey visitors' satisfaction with products and services at the destination such as: accommodation, food and drink,... SPSS software is used to perform descriptive statistics and One-Way ANOVA testing. The research results show that both groups of first-time and re-visiting tourists have no difference in the perception of the reasons for choosing and returning to Da Nang as well as satisfaction with the quality of service here. The study contributes a small part to the development of Da Nang into an attractive, safe and friendly destination for tourists from all over the world.
