Abstract

Aware of the role of educational development, raising people's knowledge, and job orientation, the Party Committee of Dien Bien province has made policies to strengthen leadership in the cause of general education. From 2015 to 2020, for general education, the Party Committee of Dien Bien province has led to improve the quality of comprehensive education according to Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW of the Party Central Committee "on fundamental and comprehensive renovation of education and training, meeting the requirements of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration". Through the use of historical and logical methods, documentary research and fieldwork, the article aims to study the policy and analyze the results of comprehensive educational quality development in Dien Bien province (2015 - 2020). The comprehensive quality of education at the general education level in Dien Bien shows that the creative application of the Party's guidelines to local realities is correct and appropriate.
