Abstract


Through the use of history and logic methods, the article aims to study the policy and analyze the results of agricultural development of Muong Te district, Lai Chau province in the period 2015 - 2022. Thereby, the article contributes to provide practical arguments for the planning of local guidelines and policies in the next period to maximize agricultural economic potential, create livelihoods to reduce poverty for the people of Muong Te ethnic groups. The results of the research showed that Muong Te district had potential for agricultural economic development. From 2015 - 2022, the Party Committee of Muong Te district issued many correct policies to develop the agricultural economy with the focus on agricultural development in the direction of commodity production associated with new rural construction. The policies and direction of the district Party Committee with agricultural economic development obtained many positive results. The material and spiritual life of Muong Te people has been improved. The agricultural development of Muong Te confirms that the Communist Party's policy of industrialization and modernization have been implemented correctly in accordance with the development of commodity production.
