Abstract


In the context of the implementation of the general education program 2018, building a teacher learning community plays an important role, in order to create an environment of cooperation, sharing and solidarity, helping teachers develop professional capacity, meeting the requirements of general education innovation. This article uses theoretical research methods on learning communities, analyzes theoretical issues about the implementation of the general education program 2018, thereby clarifying the role of pedagogical lecturers in building a learning community of teachers to meet the requirements of educational innovation. The article analyzed the importance of the learning community for the implementation of the 2018 general education program and pointed out five basic roles of pedagogical teachers in building a teacher learning community. The research results have important implications, contributing to improving the quality of implementation of the new general education program in the current period.
