Tóm tắt
Với mục đích nghiên cứu hành vi học trực tuyến của người học tại Việt Nam trong thời điểm dịch Covid-19 vẫn còn kéo dài và phức tạp, bài viết đã kết hợp thuyết hành vi có kế hoạch (TPB) và mô hình chấp nhận công nghệ (TAM) để đề xuất khung phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến hành vi học trực tuyến. Bài viết sử dụng phương pháp phân tích số liệu, các thông tin thứ cấp và diễn giải thông tin. Dựa trên cơ sở tổng hợp lý thuyết về học trực tuyến và mô hình liên quan đến ý định, hành vi sử dụng công nghệ (mô hình TPB và TAM), bài viết đề xuất mô hình phân tích các yếu tố tác động đến hành vi học trực tuyến tại Việt Nam trong bối cảnh dịch Covid-19. Mô hình được xây dựng bao gồm các yếu tố độc lập: thái độ (chịu ảnh hưởng của cảm nhận sự hữu ích và cảm nhận sự dễ sử dụng), chuẩn mực chủ quan, nhận thức kiểm soát hành vi; và yếu tố trung gian: ý định sử dụng. Đây là đóng góp quan trọng khi tìm hiểu về hành vi chấp nhận công nghệ trong việc học trực tuyến tại thời điểm hiện nay.
